Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vantkart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 3-day period.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.
You received a damaged or defective product.
You have an eligible product-related issue and wish to request an exchange.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Vantkart reserves the right to reject a return if the product has been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original tags/packaging.

Return Shipping Charges

A ₹99 return shipping charge may apply to return/exchange requests.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the product so we can review the issue.

Exchange

Exchange is available for eligible products when requested within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to product/size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our customer support team will inform you about the available resolution.
