Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible via the website. 

Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • Applicable only for selected products (return info is on the product page).

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

Returns accepted if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product (size, color, item) 

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is required for:

  • Return claims

  • Missing item claims

  • Damage claims 

Return Charges

  • For reasons other than damage or wrong delivery, a ₹100 pickup fee applies and will be deducted from the refund. 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Logistics charges (₹100) apply for pickup and redelivery.

Refund Process

  • After pickup, refund link via Razorpay is shared on WhatsApp

  • Refund to original payment method for online payments

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the product.

How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Go to My Orders on the Vantkart website

  2. Select the order

  3. Upload unboxing video showing the issue

  4. Mention the reason for return/exchange

  5. Submit request within 3 days of delivery
