Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible via the website.
Return / Exchange Eligibility

Applicable only for selected products (return info is on the product page).

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
Returns accepted if:

You received a damaged or defective product

You received the wrong product (size, color, item)
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video is required for:

Return Charges

For reasons other than damage or wrong delivery, a ₹100 pickup fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be within 3 days of delivery

Products must be in original condition

Logistics charges (₹100) apply for pickup and redelivery.
Refund Process

After pickup, refund link via Razorpay is shared on WhatsApp

Refund to original payment method for online payments
-
Refund processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the product.

Select the order

Upload unboxing video showing the issue

Mention the reason for return/exchange

Submit request within 3 days of delivery
